Katharina Staar

Katharina Staar, born in 1983 in Melle, studied illustration and art education. Nowadays, she lives in the countryside of Osnabrück and works as a freelance illustrator for different children’s book publishers. For her works, she received the Piepenbrock Art Promotion Award and the Ravensburger illu2017. Additionally, she works with great enthusiasm as a lecturer for children, teenagers, and sometimes adults at an art school.
