Crocodile Cico and lizard Emmi are the very best of friends and love spending their time together. There’s just one tiny issue: Emmi can’t swim and Cico has to carry her everywhere. Usually, that’s quite alright, but sometimes, Emmi is a little too much. One day, Cico has enough and suddenly, the two are having a big fight. Oh dear, is this the end of their friendship? Fortunately, the other animals have helpful advice for the both of them …

When little crocodile Cico hatches from his egg, everyone's surprised: he's as colourful as the rainbow! That's not where the differences stop, though: Cico is also terribly afraid of going into the water - what if all his pretty colours wash off? In order to find a place where he can truly be himself, he sets out into the jungle. Soon he meets lizard Emmi, who's not only just as colourful as Cico but also happens to know where that place is he's been looking for. But to get there, they have to swim across the river. Will Cico dare to do it - together?
