What a load of rubbish! Choccie just wanted to help Lotte demonstrate for a cool adventure playground to be built in the village. Well, maybe he also wanted to annoy Sergeant Semmel just a little bit … But now the two-legged folks like his initiative so much that they want him to become the mayor. A pony in charge of the village? Do they have hay in their head?!
Choccie is shocked: the boss drags another chicken along! That can’t go well… In fact Miss Lilac causes trouble by convincing the other Clucking Ladies that they are in dire need of a cock. Isn’t there one on the church spire? With that much chicken stupidity, Choccie and his friends have to rush to the rescue. But how do you get a flock of crazy chickens down from the church roof?

Ground training? What’s that supposed to mean? Choco is confused since he and his pony friends always exercise on the ground – how else should they do it? But this time, their boss came up with something special together with a famous horse trainer: The little two-legs are supposed to do exercises with the ponies from the ground in order to master difficult situations and become more courageous. Nevertheless, the Flower Farm ponies are actually super brave already. So brave that not even a quite risky wager from the little two-legs doesn't scare them, does it?
Well, what are these strange two-legged creatures doing at the Thunder beam Farm? Why do they load Finchen's father, the stallion Cavalier, into a transporter in the middle of the night? Do they want to kidnap them? But then they counted their chickens before they are hatched. Because needless to say, Choco super-pony and his friends don't leave their big horse friend alone and are prepared to take it up with real criminals!
Oops? Choco can barely believe his pony eyes – is there actually a goose fluttering over the Flower Farm? But no, of course he's a gander, Hugo clarifies. And he is being chased by evil two-legged creatures! Sure thing Choco and his friends give him shelter. Soon enough, however, there is trouble with the new housemate, because the gander acts as if he’s the very best guard. Is yard dog Bruno no longer needed?
Yay! A short holiday at their old home Dammbüll lies ahead for Choco and his friends. However, shortly after their arrival, everything goes wrong: The humans catch the chickenpox und now the ponies are supposed to spend their time alone on a deserted island, despite the fact that a strange sea monster is said to live there. And what is it about the rubbish on the beach? Are there ruthless environmental criminals at work?
A fairy tale performance with the Oat Crew at the Thunder beam Farm? Wearing costumes? Choco can’t be hearing right! What are Lotte and her two-legged friends even thinking? Of course Toni and Biscuit would take part for their sake, but Choco super-pony doesn't feel like it at all. Besides, Finchen should get her own lessons and move away from the Flower Farm. This has to be prevented, right?
Why do so many gifts suddenly end up at the Flower Farm? It’s not Christmas Eve yet! Choco is worried: Maybe for some reason Santa Claus suddenly got confused and made a mistake about the day? To save Christmas for their favourite humans and the villagers, the Oat Crew tries to conceal the error by all means available. Choco super-pony and his friends have their hooves full again!
Oh great! Choco has to accompany the Countess to an equestrian farm in Frankfurt. The vain mare is supposed to take part in a special jumping lesson with the boss there – and he and Lotte as well! His pony friends have to stay at home. Unfortunately, the city ponies aren’t particularly nice to him, and when beautiful Theo falls in love with the Countess, one thing is clear: Choco super-pony has to do something about it! A trip into the urban jungle isn’t long in coming, and the pony chaos is perfect …
That just can't be true! An arsonist makes trouble at Thunder beam farm, and the proud stallion Cavalier loses his home due to the fire. A suspect is found quickly – and that's Alfred of all people! But would he really do something like that? When there is a fire on the Flower Farm, it becomes clear: the Oat Crew has to act now!
To everyone loving adventures as much as the Oat Crew ponies, these books offer lots of space to track all the best memories and adventures!
How awesome! Finally, Haflinger Toni can take the long-awaited trip to his beloved mountain home. Of course Choco and Biscuit are in on it. But the alpine world isn’t quite as idyllic as it initially seems: insidious poachers are up to mischief and hunt the cute marmots that live there. Well, the Flower Farm’s super-duper-rescue crew is bang on time!
The Oat Crew – that’s the Shetland ponies Choccie and Biscuit, Toni the Haflinger and sometimes Bruno the dog, too (although of course he doesn’t like oats). Together, the friends keep the other four- and two-legged farm inhabitants on their toes! Whether a ghost is fooling around in the stable (only to be caught by the self-proclaimed Top-Ghost-Busting-Ponies), the boss wants to use them for riding lessons (which just isn’t on – being a riding pony is far too boring), a lovely Icelandic pony girl needs saving (causing Choccie to have butterflies in his stomach), a TV production company is looking for their next star (of course every four-legged inhabitant is sure it’s themselves), or Santa Clause needs help with his presents (if he has to go by car, his reindeers must be ill, so naturally he’s in need of substitutes) – the animals’ adventures are a delight!
It’s the summer holidays, finally! Choco is looking forward to spending time with Lotte, going for relaxed rides to the lake or eating ice cream. But no way! Oskar and Maria organise a tent camp at the Flower Farm and everyone has to lend a hand – or hooves –, since it is quite hard to bridle the little holiday visitors… When the money box with the tent camp’s budget disappears, it is certain: inspector Choco has to take this case into his own hooves!
There is an equine conformation show at the Thunder beam farm, and Finchen is supposed to participate! Of course, Choco and his friends are excited as well and support the young mare to the best of their pony abilities. When Finchen actually wins, the joy is intense – until the boss receives a phone call in the middle of the celebrations: one of the visitors has cast an eye on Finchen and makes their boss an attractive offer to buy the young mare. For once, all four-legged friends of the Flower Farm agree: They have to prevent this at any cost!
Finally the Countess’ foal is born – and turns the whole Flower Farm topsy-turvy. Only Choco doesn’t feel like joining the admiration troop at all. And the others should please go back to normal, too! Cause all of a sudden, it takes unreasonably long for them to get their breakfast hay, Choco’s best fried Biscuit plays the foal-caring-boss and is no longer up for any fun, and even his favourite human Lotte only has eyes for the shaky-legged little thing. However, such a foal is just boring and really nothing special, right?
A television crew at the Flower Farm? The Oat Crew is thrilled, since it is going to be a report about special animal breeds. And who would be better suited than Choco, Biscuit, and Toni? What a shame that the boss chose Ole to be the most eligible candidate for the TV show. However, the other inhabitants of the Flower Farm, as well as those of the Thunder beam farm, totally disagree. A wild competition flares up and chaos ensues ...
Who is THAT? Choco cannot believe his eyes. There is a new pony on the Thunder beam farm, or more specifically, a pretty nice pony girl… Her name is Elfa and she comes from quite far away. It’s weird, but suddenly Choco doesn’t feel well at all. He is a little unsteady on his hooves and his pony tummy makes strange sounds – he won't be sick, will he?
A new home? Shetland ponies Choco and Biscuit think it’s a stupid idea! The boss has decided that they and all the other animals have to move. But something’s not quite right at the new farmyard: unnatural noises echo through the stable at night, and people in the village say there’s a ghost on the premises. Of course, Choco has to go after it! It’s just as well he’s a Top Ghost Agent …
Lying in the sun the whole day, eating lots of oat and hay, going for a ride with his favourite human Lotte every once in a while – Choco is very content with his life on the Flower Farm. It is just annoying that the boss has set her mind on making the ponies take part in the riding lessons… But there she cowed to early: What is more stupid than marching around as a boring riding pony? Choco already knows how to prevent that…
