Lisa Gastager, born in 1982, is actually a photographer and cultural and social anthropologist. Books have always been an important aspect in her life, but she only discovered her love for picture books through her three children, and they are also the ones to inspire her stories.
Monika Suska lives either in Warsaw, where she comes from, or in Mexico City, where her dog comes from. She loves travelling, rollerblading, and, of course, drawing. That’s why she has been an illustrator for children’s book since 2010 and her works have been published in Europe, the UK, the US, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.
