Dorit Linke

Dorit Linke, born in 1971 in Rostock, grew up in the GDR and consciously witnessed the political shift at the end of the eighties. She participated in the Monday demonstrations and was eighteen years old when the Wall fell. Today, she lives and works as an author in Berlin. In 2023, she was decorated with the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany for her political-literary educational work.
